SENIOR ANALYST

The Senior Analyst will have broad-ranging responsibilities to support the Greenmont Capital Partners group, focusing on deal analysis, due diligence, transaction execution and assisting with the integration of portfolio companies. Analysis and execution will be the primary objectives.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Perform industry and company research

• Evaluate industry candidates

• Identify issues for purchase price reductions, deal structuring or deal termination

• Assist in the ongoing monitoring of existing portfolio companies and industry segments

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis and identify key industry trends and competitive factors, targeting companies within favored industries

Qualifications/requirements include:

• Master's in Business Administration

• Two to three years' experience in one or more of the following: private equity, investment banking, corporate development, M&A transaction advisory services ("Big Four") or restructuring advisory services

• Strong analytical and financial acumen, outstanding modeling skills and solid business judgment

• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and presentation skills

• Strong work ethic with a demonstrated record of achievement

• Highly motivated, internally driven and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
